Job Title: HSE AdvisorLocation: KetteringSalary: up to £55,000, doeTerm: 12-month fixed term contractI am looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join my client on a 12-month fixed term contract.The purpose of the role is to support the HSE Manager in delivering world-class Health, Safety, Environmental, Energy and Sustainability performance across the site, ensuring legal compliance, continuous improvement, employee engagement and alignment with the client s standards.As there are high accountabilities with this role, and delivery KPI s is critical, they are looking for the following qualifications in any candidate they would consider: NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational HandS or equivalent (Essential)NEBOSH/IEMA Environmental Certificate or equivalent (Essential)ISO 45001 Internal Auditor (Desirable)ISO 14001 Internal Auditor (Desirable)Train the Trainer qualification (Desirable) As well as the above, you must have proven experience in a Manufacturing environment, Health and Safety management systems., Environmental compliance and permitting, Accident investigation and root cause analysis, Behavioural safety programmes, Audit and inspection processes.
