A leading engineering business is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to support health, safety and environmental compliance across its operations. This role will play a key part in promoting a positive safety culture within a manufacturing and project-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HSE support across operational teams.
- Conduct risk assessments, inspections and audits.
- Deliver site inductions and HSE training.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Support HSE management systems and compliance activities.
- Monitor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Assist with external audits and regulatory requirements.
- Promote employee engagement and best practice in health and safety.
About You
- Previous HSE experience within engineering, manufacturing, construction or a similar industry.
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
