Job Title: HSE AdvisorLocation: Warrington, Bristol, Leicester or Newbury (Hybrid) IR35 Status: Inside IR35 Duration: 12 Months Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance required. Sole UK nationals preferred.OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Advisor to support the Process, Plant and Engineering (PPandE) Programme within our client s organisation. This programme comprises multiple engineering projects requiring input from Suitably Qualified and Experienced Persons (SQEP) throughout the project lifecycle.As the HSE Advisor, you will support the management team in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental protection of employees, contractors, and visitors, while maintaining compliance with Our Client s Health, Safety and Environmental management arrangements.Key Responsibilities Provide assurance of compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation, standards, and company procedures.Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of HSE policies, processes, and best practices.Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify hazards and mitigation measures.Develop and deliver safety training, awareness, and engagement programmes.Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and support corrective actions.Collaborate with programme teams and stakeholders to ensure HSE considerations are embedded into project activities.Support the development and execution of ..... full job details .....
