Provide EHS leadership and guidance on a land clearance project, ensuring all activities are carried out safely and in line with legal and company requirementsConduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement appropriate control measuresDevelop, review, and maintain method statements, risk assessments (RAMS), and EHS documentationEnsure compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation and relevant industry standardsMonitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to agreed safety proceduresInvestigate incidents, near misses, and environmental breaches, and implement corrective actionsDeliver toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety training to site personnelLiaise with project stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies as requiredSupport environmental management, including waste handling, biodiversity considerations, and pollution prevention ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
