Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HSE support to site management and subcontractors during installation and fit-out works. Ensure compliance with local Danish HSE legislation, project requirements, and company standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety walks; identify hazards and implement corrective actions. Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training. Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to HSE procedures. Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, and reports. Support emergency preparedness and response planning. Promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance across the project.
