HSE Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Health and Safety Advisor to join a growing operational team, supporting Health and Safety across multiple sites and field-based teams. This is a varied role where you''ll work closely with Production, Engineering and Maintenance, helping to identify risks, improve standards and build a positive Safety-First culture. The Role Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments Lead/support accident and near-miss investigations Identify risks and implement corrective actions Support machinery safety, DSEAR and COSHH requirements Monitor HandS KPIs and identify areas for improvement Deliver HandS training, inductions and awareness activities Support contractor safety and emergency response Help maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliance Work closely with teams across multiple sites to improve HandS standards About You You''ll ideally have: Previous HandS experience within manufacturing, industrial or operational environments NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent qualification/experience Experience with risk assessments, audits and incident investigations Good knowledge of HandS legislation and machinery safety Understanding of DSEAR and COSHH Ideally, experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence A practical, proactive approach to Health and Safety Willingness to travel between sites If you''re a practical HandS professional who enjoys being out in the business ..... full job details .....
