The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced and proactive HSE Advisor to support operations across our Birkenhead site. Working closely with management, supervisors, operatives and our client, you will help drive a strong health, safety and environmental culture while ensuring compliance with company procedures, client standards and relevant legislation. This is a hands-on role involving regular site engagement, inspections, audits, incident investigations and workforce coaching. You will play a key role in identifying risks, supporting safe systems of work and driving continuous improvement across scaffolding and industrial painting activities.
