Overview
An established business within the construction support sector is seeking an HSE Advisor to support and drive health, safety, environmental and quality standards across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out HSE inspections and site audits
Lead incident investigations and implement improvements
Provide HSE advice to staff and contractors
Support RAMS reviews, inductions, and onboarding
Produce monthly HSE reports and track performance trends
Assist with ISO audits (9001, 14001, 45001)
Support risk assessments and safe systems of work
Promote a strong health andamp; safety culture
Requirements
Essential:
NEBOSH General Certificate
Environmental qualification (ISEP or similar)
Knowledge of HSE regulations (PUWER, LOLER, COSHH, Work at Height)
Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable:
Training delivery experience
Internal auditing (ISO standards)
Construction or civils background
