Hse Advisor

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor, who will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture across a well-established business. He successful candidate will support the operational teams to work safely and compliantly, ensuring the company meets its legal and regulatory health, safety, and environmental obligations. This is a hands-on role that will involve travel between the Doncaster head office and other operational sites. As an HSE Advisor, you will be responsible for: Support the development, implementation, and review of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments across depots and operational sites Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, producing reports and recommending corrective actions Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training to staff and site teams Monitor and advise on compliance with current HandS legislation and industry best practice Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, training, and incidents Support the business in maintaining accreditations and compliance certifications Liaise with site managers, drivers, and operational staff to embed a strong safety culture Assist with the preparation of method statements and risk assessments (RAMS) Keep up to date with changes in HSE legislation and communicate relevant updates to the business The ideal candidate will be: NEBOSH General Certificate (essential) Proven experience in a similar ..... full job details .....
