This is an initial 3-month contract , supporting the HSW Manager with the delivery of Health, Safety and Wellbeing requirements and KPIs. The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor position comes with a rate of -55.00 per hour Inside IR35 . Role responsibilities and key skills: Provide visible Health, Safety and Wellbeing support and advice across the project. Carry out site inspections and audits, identifying corrective actions and supporting compliance with the Safety Management System. Review and advise on Method Statements and Risk Assessments , including those from the supply chain. Support external audits, corrective actions and closeout of audit findings. Deliver Health and Safety inductions, training and presentations. Support accident and incident investigations and identify recommendations for improvement.
