Due to growth they require an HSE Advisor to work from their Northumberland facility.    The Role   Provide Health, Environmental advice and support to all employees, contractors and subcontractors. Identify and evaluate any unsafe conditions and work practices.  Develop & improve HSE systems & Hazard control processes, methods and programs. Take a leading and proactive role in HSE for any allocated project(s) and take ownership of project safety plans and objectives. Communicate HSE issues across the entire business unit Work in compliance with company  safety systems and OHSAS 18001 standard and maintain legal compliance. Contribute to the improvement of the company safety culture.
