The role focuses on advising managers and teams, driving safe systems of work, supporting incident/near-miss investigations, and ensuring compliance with relevant HSE legislation, internal standards and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide competent HSE advice and guidance to managers, supervisors and the wider workforce. Conduct workplace inspections, audits and safety observations; identify gaps and track corrective actions. Support risk assessments and method statement development/review, ensuring controls are effective and understood. Facilitate induction, toolbox talks and training where required to promote safe working practices.
