      <description>Location: Slough | Salary: 14.50-14.50 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Our client, a friendly and traditional engineering company based in Slough are seeking a HSE Administrator for a period of approx 3 months to work alongside their HSE Manager and to be responsible for reviewing and migrating COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and risk assessments from existing Excel spreadsheets to new software platforms or updated Excel templates.This role is crucial in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance throughout the migration process, supporting effective HSE operations across the organisation.Duties will include:Reviewing existing COSHH assessments, Safety Data Sheets, and risk assessments for accuracyTransferring and organising HSE data from Excel spreadsheets into designated software platforms or revised Excel templates, following company standardsEnsuring all migrated data complies with relevant HSE regulations, including COSHH and internal policiesCollaborating with the HSE Manager and other stakeholders to address data inconsistencies or gather missing informationSupporting the implementation and adoption of new HSE database systemsUpdating process documentation and offering f...</description>
