HSandW Manager

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to join the Sizewell C New Nuclear Build contract, supporting a nationally important energy project in Suffolk. The role will lead the project HSandW function, provide competent and proactive leadership to the project team, supply chain and stakeholders, and ensure that the client''s policies, procedures, legal duties and client expectations are consistently met across a complex major infrastructure environment.The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will drive a positive safety culture, influence operational decision-making, oversee assurance and governance arrangements, and ensure risks are identified, controlled and communicated effectively throughout the lifecycle of the works.The client is committed to creating a workplace where everyone is empowered to achieve their career goals.
