This role requires a confident and credible HR practitioner with a strong track record of managing sensitive and high-risk employee relations matters, building effective stakeholder relationships, and providing expert guidance on employment legislation and best practice. Key Experience andamp; Skills Required Minimum 5 years'' Employee Relations experience, managing complex and sensitive casework from initial investigation through to resolution. Proven experience handling high-risk ER matters including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, industrial relations issues, and employment tribunal preparation/support.
