HRIS Manager/HR Systems Manager - Permanent - LondonA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Manager/HR Systems Manager to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.Responsibilities
Lead the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisation''s HR system SAP SuccessFactorsEnsure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with data security standardsDeliver configuration changes, oversee system upgrades, and manage issue resolutionAct as the primary contact for external vendors and system partners, managing contracts and performanceDevelop and deliver accurate, insightful MI reports and dashboards to support strategic decisionsAnalyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teamsCollaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver system enhancementsProvide training and support to HR system users, promoting best practicesIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technologyLead HR system projects, ensuring timely and on-budget deliveryEnsure systems and processes align with legal and regulatory requirementsMaintain documentation, processes, and reporting structures to meet audit standardsExperience and Skills
