HRIS Manager (SuccessFactors) - 6-Month FTC / Temporary AssignmentManchester (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days home) Full-time 37.5 hours per week 40,000- 45,000 per annum/ 20.33 - 23.00 per hour About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to take ownership of our global SAP SuccessFactors platform on a 6-month temporary assignment.Reporting directly to the HR Services Director, this role is focused on the technical management, optimisation and continuous improvement of our HR systems landscape. This is not a general HR Operations or HR Business Partnering position; we are looking for a dedicated HRIS professional with strong hands-on experience configuring, maintaining and enhancing enterprise HR systems.You will act as the global system owner for SuccessFactors, ensuring the platform supports business objectives through effective configuration, testing, reporting, integration management and user support.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the global SAP SuccessFactors environmentLead system configuration, maintenance and ongoing optimisationManage system enhancements, upgrades, releases and change requestsConduct system testing, UAT coordination and issue resolutionMonitor and maintain data integrity, governance and compliance standardsManage and support integrations between SuccessFactors and other business systemsPartner with HR, IT and third-party vendors to deliver technical solutionsDevelop and maintain HRIS reporting and people analytics capabilitiesDrive ..... full job details .....
