A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a HRIS Manager / HR Systems Manager to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the management, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s HR system SAP SuccessFactorsEnsure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with data security standardsDeliver configuration changes, oversee system upgrades, and manage issue resolutionAct as the primary contact for external vendors and system partners, managing contracts and performanceDevelop and deliver accurate, insightful MI reports and dashboards to support strategic decisionsAnalyse data trends and provide actionable insights to HR and leadership teamsCollaborate with HR, IT, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver system enhancementsProvide training and support to HR system users, promoting best practicesIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and technologyLead HR system projects, ensuring timely and on-budget deliveryEnsure systems and processes align with legal and regulatory requirementsMaintain documentation, processes, and reporting structures to meet audit standardsKey Experience and SkillsProven experience managing HR systems, ideally with exposure to SAP SuccessFactorsStrong understanding of HRIS architecture, data flows, and integrationsDemonstrated ability to produce meaningful MI and data analysis for HR and leadershipExperience leading system implementations, upgrades, or transformation projectsProficiency in reporting tools and data extraction from HR systemsComfortable managing third-party vendors and system providersKnowledge of the HR lifecycle and how systems support operational deliveryExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesA collaborative, proactive mindset with a high level of attention to detailExperience in professional services or legal environment (desirable)Degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)Seniority levelNot ApplicableEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesLaw Practice and Legal ..... full job details .....
