Overview
We’re looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Manager to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting in October 2025. This role will report to the Director of People Transformation, Services and Talent Acquisition and is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of Gousto''s new HRIS platform.You’ll be leading a cross-functional project team through a pivotal transformation, from initial kick-off to go-live in October 2026. It’s a brilliant opportunity to own a strategic programme with visibility at senior levels, real impact across the business, and the chance to deliver lasting change. You’ll shape our system design, build strong partnerships with stakeholders and suppliers, and ensure a seamless transition for all users.What You’ll Do
Manage the full HRIS implementation lifecycle from October 2025 to October 2026Lead a cross-functional project team including direct reports, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget and aligned to scopeWork closely with the chosen HRIS provider to align delivery plans and ways of workingRepresent the People team across Finance, Legal and IT; ensuring smooth coordination and strong stakeholder engagementLead system design decisions with a focus on user experience, integration, testing and documentationOversee build and test activities, proactively resolving blockers and ensuring quality outcomesManage the broader impact on our people technology ecosystem, adjusting as needed alongside the People teamEnsure structured, accurate data migration and complianceDrive change management and communication plans that boost adoption and engagementWho You Are
Brilliant HR / People knowledge, systems processes and ways of workingExperienced in leading HRIS or People / HR Tech end-to-endGreat understanding of HRIS platforms and integration pointsExceptional project manager who thrives in fast-paced environmentsSkilled in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and building consensusClear, confident communicator who bridges technical and non-technical viewpointsStrategic thinker with a sharp eye on long-term systems architecture and business goalsCompetent in managing data migration and system validation processesExperienced in leading change and communication strategies to support user enablementLine management experience leading a small team (1 - 2 direct reports)Confident facilitating training and building capability among both People teams and end usersEmployment details
