HRIS Implementation Consultant

We''re looking for an experienced HRIS Implementation Consultant/Project Manager to lead a key HR systems and payroll transformation project for a growing organisation. You''ll take ownership of moving manual and fragmented HR processes into a scalable HRIS, working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and wider stakeholders. Key Requirements Proven experience delivering HRIS implementation or transformation projects from process design through to implementation. Strong experience of HR process redesign, workflow automation and moving manual processes into HR systems. Hands-on experience with payroll transformation or payroll system implementation, ideally involving a move from manual or fragmented processes. Strong project management and delivery skills, with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, testing and implementation. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, working across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT. Experience with Rippling is highly desirable, although strong experience with other HRIS platforms will be considered.
