The team deals with a wide variety of first line queries, support recruitment and selection and resolve employee relations queries. This is a temporary role until July 2027 initially, with a possible extension. The organisation work 3x a week on site and 2x from home. Your new role You and your HR Advisor colleagues will predominantly support managers and employees across the organisation to resolve employee relations matters. This can range from sickness/absence management, supporting investigations and disciplinary and grievance cases. You will also provide expert advice and guidance on pay/policy information and will work with managers up to head of service level.
