      <description>Location: London | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | We''re working with a founder-led SME who are looking for a People Business Partner to join their team.  Reporting into the Head of Hr, this is a broad, hands-on role where you''ll work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, acting as a trusted point of contact across all things people. It''s an opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships and having an influence on how a growing company develops its people.  You''ll be involved across the full employee lifecycle, from advising managers on day-to-day people matters and employee relations through to performance, engagement, recruitment, talent and wider people projects.
