Supporting a portfolio of diverse sites across the UK, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established, dynamic HR team with genuine scope for longer-term opportunities within the wider group.The RoleAs HR Business Partner, you will support multiple operational sites across Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and the wider northern region. This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to operate at pace in a changing environment.You will work closely with site leadership teams to drive people initiatives, support cultural alignment, and ensure HR practices are fit for purpose across a diverse and evolving business.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with stakeholders across multiple sites to provide strategic and operational HR supportSupport the delivery of people plans aligned to business objectivesProvide guidance on employee relations matters (with complex cases escalated within the team)Review and ensure policies and procedures remain relevant and effectiveDrive initiatives around talent development, including apprenticeships and upskillingSupport reward and benefits reviews to ..... full job details .....
