Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with a background in regional roles within a global organisation? We''re partnering with a client undergoing a business transformation, and they are looking for a proactive HRBP who thrives in fast-paced, change-driven environments.
The Role:
This is a pivotal HR position where you''ll work closely with senior leadership and regional teams to support the organisation through a period of transition. You''ll be the go-to person for all things employee relations and performance management, with a key focus on ensuring HR policies are effectively communicated and upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of employee relations (ER) matters
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, grievances, compliance violations, and policy adherence
- Navigate union or employee council issues confidently
- Collaborate across global teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the organisation''s transformation goals
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal procedures
About You:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner at a regional level within a global company
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
- Previous experience in a pharma or life sciences environment is a bonus
