The RoleReporting into the Senior HR Manager you will:Partner with business leaders to align people plans with business goalsProvide trusted advice across all areas of HR including employee relations, performance, and change managementManage and coach line managers through complex ER cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performanceDeliver and support HR projectsPresent HR reporting and insight to leadership teamsSupport LandD needs across the business, including facilitating the performance review processKeep the business informed and prepared for upcoming employment legislation and policy changesLine manage and support more junior members of the HR teamThis is a London-based role, with regular travel (2-3 times per month) to regional offices in Kent and Essex.
