HRBP and ER Specialist - 12 month FTC

Your new companyFinancial Services organisation in London: Prior industry experience in London Financial Services is preferrable for this role.Your new roleAs HR Business Partner / Employee Relations, you will operate as a trusted adviser to Heads of Department and senior leaders, aligning people strategies with business objectives while taking ownership of complex and sensitive employee relations matters across the organisation.This is a hands-on HRBP role combining strategic business partnering with end-to-end ER case management. You will lead workplace investigations, support organisational change initiatives and ensure all employee relations activity is compliant with UK employment legislation and internal policy.Key responsibilities include:Managing end-to-end disciplinary, grievance and appeal investigations, delivering thorough and timely outcomesAdvising managers on disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with UK employment lawConducting fact finding investigations, interviews and evidence reviews, producing clear and well-reasoned reportsHandling high-risk and complex ER cases, including misconduct, performance and regulatory mattersSupporting organisational restructures, including consultation planning, selection criteria and individual consultationsPartnering with leaders on workforce planning, performance management, organisational design and culture initiativesSupporting organisational change programmes, ensuring fairness and legal complianceLiaising with ..... full job details .....
