As HR Advisor / HR People Partner / ER – Employment Relations you will be leading people projects and providing HR guidance and support ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation. Successful HR Advisor / HR People Partner / ER – Employment Relations will have proven experience with providing advice and guidance on matters including grievance, redundancies, disciplinaries, TUOE and employment tribunals to minimise business risk and be able to manage ER caseloads.
