Here''s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:Programme Support (Initial Focus)Lead the analysis of workforce data across the program.Develop insightful outputs, including:- Workforce diagnostic reports- Insight packs for Directors and the Corporate Leadership Team (CLT)- Scenario modelling to support key design decisionsAnalyse critical areas such as:- Spans of control- Organisational layers- Grade distribution- Workforce composition and capacityIdentify pressure points and opportunities for improvement.Strategic Insight and Decision SupportTranslate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights.Support workforce optimisation decisions and organisational design activities.Provide ongoing analytical support to various program work streams.Collaboration and ..... full job details .....
