Your mission:

We’re seeking an experienced HR Transformation Project Manager with a strong background in complex, EU-wide HR initiatives and a proven ability to deliver at pace in a dynamic environment on a 12-month fixed term contract. A solid understanding of change management is essential, as the role involves leading and supporting multiple high-impact projects.This position follows a hybrid working model: three days from home and two days in our Watford office.What you will do:

You will be responsible for driving organizational change by managing interdependent projects that contribute to Epson’s transformation goals.Project Initiation

Establish project structure and change management approachProject Planning

Prepare budgets and manage vendor selection and contracts as requiredFacilitate project workshops and finalize scopeDevelop project plans and ensure resource alignmentDefine project roles and lead responsibilitiesAlign project charters with business strategy for cohesive deliveryProject Delivery

Implement project and change plansEnsure quality standards and track progress via PMO reportingOversee cross-team collaboration and remove delivery blockersProject Closure

Address gaps and embed change outcomesTransfer documentation and knowledge to stakeholdersConduct retrospectives and share lessons learnedWhat we ask for:

Extensive experience in managing and coordinating multiple complex projectsStrong grasp of project methodologies, team dynamics, and industry practicesProficient in tools like MS Project, Jira, and Azure DevOpsDetail-oriented with a strategic mindsetDeadline-driven with high accuracyStrong interpersonal skills; effective in matrix and multicultural environmentsSkilled in stakeholder management and influenceCritical thinker with creative problem-solving abilitiesExcellent analytical and communication skillsProactive, resilient, and results-focusedSelf-motivated and works independentlyProficient in MS OfficeExcellent level of English (verbal and written)Waterfall methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Agile methodology (e.g., PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Agile)Change management (e.g., PROSCI)We are keen to hear from you even if you don’t match all listed requirements, but you identify with our brand and passion for innovation.What we offer:
