HR Systems and Transformation LeadGovernment Organisation Until March A government organisation is seeking an experienced HR Systems and Transformation Lead to drive the delivery of key HR technology and process improvement initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate sifting capability, while helping shape broader improvements across HR systems, recruitment processes, and operational efficiency. This role would suit a hands-on HR transformation professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can quickly establish structure and governance, and has a track record of delivering complex HR systems projects. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new ATS and candidate sifting solution. Develop and manage project plans, governance frameworks, timelines, risks, and reporting. Work closely with HR, organisational development, procurement, IT, and external suppliers to ensure successful delivery. Drive process improvement across recruitment and HR operations. Lead supplier engagement, procurement activities, and stakeholder management. Ensure solutions align with business needs and deliver value for money. Champion continuous improvement, automation, and best practice across HR systems and processes.
