      <description>Location: City | Salary: 70000.00-70000.00 Annual | Type: Contract | About the Role We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused HR Transformation Business Partner to support the delivery of a significant people integration and transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in organisational change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, organisational design, restructuring activity, and cultural integration projects.  Working closely with the HR Transformation Lead, senior HR colleagues, and business stakeholders, you will help deliver people strategies that support organisational growth, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. The successful candidate will bring strong HR expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to driving change within a fast-paced environment.
