Working within the HR Technology team, you''ll help deliver an excellent employee experience by supporting HR systems, resolving user queries, driving process improvements, and contributing to exciting technology initiatives.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR systems or HR operations experience who enjoys problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and improving the way people interact with technology.What You''ll Be DoingManage HR technology support activities, including ticket handling, incident triage, troubleshooting, and escalation.Act as a key point of contact for HR system users, ensuring fast, effective, and high-quality support.Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to support system improvements, process changes, and change initiatives.Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and knowledge resources to support system adoption.Support HR system administration activities, including user setup, data updates, and transactional processing.Coordinate reporting, data audits, system testing, and UAT activities across HR platforms.Provide hands-on support for Learning Management Systems (LMS), including course setup, access management, reporting, and issue resolution.Deliver training and guidance to system users, promoting best practice, data accuracy, and compliance.Support onboarding and training ..... full job details .....
