This is a hands-on leadership role where you ll:Provide expert advice to managers on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and performance managementDrive employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiativesManage and develop HR Officers and administrators, ensuring high standards of deliveryOversee absence, sickness, welfare, and conduct processesLiaise with trade unions and external advisors, supporting tribunal preparation and TUPE processesChair formal meetings, lead investigations, and act as mediator when requiredSupport policy development, training, and compliance with employment law and best practicePresent HR data and reports to senior management, influencing strategy and organisational directionWhat We re Looking ForWe re seeking a proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic HR environment.
