You’ll work closely with hiring managers and external partners to help attract great people and make the hiring journey smooth and positive. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in a variety of tasks and play an important part in helping our teams grow.About the RoleAs our HR and Talent Resourcing Manager, you’ll support the full recruitment process across the ICS Region in the UK.ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment campaigns from start to finish, including screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and adverts.Use social media and advertising platforms to attract candidates and build engagement.Deliver recruitment training and support induction events, job fairs, and diversity initiatives.Maintain recruitment content on SharePoint and ensure compliance with employment legislation.Oversee agency worker engagement and liaise with service providers.Act as Regional Engagement Coordinator, supporting newsletters, recognition schemes, and engagement plans.Provide first-line HR policy guidance and support documentation.Liaise with Head Office and service providers on apprenticeship setups.QualificationsProven experience in sourcing quality candidates creatively and directly.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage varied workloads.Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.Commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate the value of Talent Acquisition.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Familiarity with employment legislation, agency worker regulations, and recruitment compliance.Experience in designing attraction and selection plans with clear touchpoints and deadlines.Required SkillsProven experience in sourcing quality candidates creatively and directly.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage varied workloads.Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.Commercial awareness and ability to demonstrate the value of Talent Acquisition.Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.Familiarity with employment legislation, agency worker regulations, and recruitment compliance.Experience in designing attraction and selection plans with clear touchpoints and deadlines.Preferred SkillsA collaborative and supportive working environment.Opportunities to lead and shape recruitment strategy.Involvement in regional engagement and diversity initiatives.Access to training and development programmes.A chance to make a real impact on candidate experience and hiring success.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary up to £32,000 per ..... full job details .....
