This is not a traditional systems trainer role. Whilst experience with HR systems, payroll platforms or self-service technology would be beneficial, the organisation''s priority is finding an engaging and energetic trainer who can confidently deliver high volumes of interactive virtual training sessions to a diverse workforce. The successful candidate will become the face of the programme, working closely with HR, Payroll and IT teams to deliver training to employees and managers across the organisation. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning experience, helping users navigate the new platform and driving successful adoption at scale.
