HR Systems Project Manager

The HR Systems Project Manager will lead a key HR transformation project, supporting the transition, procurement and implementation of new HR systems across areas including HRIS, payroll and benefits. Working closely with senior stakeholders, they will coordinate the project end-to-end and ensure a smooth transition to the new systems and processes. Description Lead the delivery of HR systems transformation projects from initiation through to successful implementation. Manage the transition of HR systems and processes to new standalone solutions, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. Support the selection, procurement and implementation of new HR technology, including HRIS, payroll, benefits and reward systems. Collaborate closely with HR, IT and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs. Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, milestones and dependencies.
