HR Systems Project Lead
An organisation is seeking an experienced HR Systems Project Lead on an interim basis to support the implementation of a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate sifting solution. This role will lead the project from initiation through early delivery, ensuring a structured, efficient, and well-governed rollout.Key Skills and ExperienceStrong HR domain expertise, particularly across recruitment processes and systemsProven experience working with Workday (essential), including implementation and/or optimisationExperience working within public sectorDemonstrable track record delivering HR systems implementations, specifically ATS or recruitment platformsAbility to rapidly assess current-state processes and define effective future-state solutionsProject and Delivery CapabilityExperience initiating and structuring projects from the ground up, including:Project mobilisationPlanning and governanceTimeline developmentStrong stakeholder management experience across HR, IT, and third-party vendorsAbility to drive delivery, manage risks, remove blockers, and ensure milestones are achievedTechnical and Functional ExpertiseStrong understanding of HR systems architecture, integrations, and data flowsAbility to translate business requirements into practical system and process solutionsComfortable contributing to system configuration decisions and engaging with vendorsPersonal ProfileProactive, hands-on, and able to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environmentStrong ..... full job details .....
