This role is critical in ensuring our HR systems effectively support business operations and deliver a seamless employee experience.You will act as the bridge between HR, IT, and third-party vendors, driving continuous improvement, system enhancements, and strategic alignment with organisational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the SAP SuccessFactors platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and data integrityLead the HR systems roadmap, including enhancements, releases, and continuous improvement initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for HR systems, working closely with HR, IT, and external partnersManage system configuration, upgrades, and releases across relevant modulesOversee incident management and support processes, ensuring timely resolution of issuesEnsure effective data governance, security, and compliance across HR systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise business requirementsDrive process improvement and automation within HR systemsManage vendors and support partners, ensuring delivery against SLAsKey Skills and ExperienceProven experience as an HR ..... full job details .....
