HR Systems Analyst - 9 Month FTC - London (Hybrid)A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HRIS Analyst to join a global law firm on a 9-month fixed-term contract, supporting the implementation and ongoing optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and technical support across SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off.Investigate system issues, data discrepancies and user queries, escalating where required.Support system configuration, permissions, workflows, business rules, testing and continuous improvements.Design and maintain standard and ad hoc reports using SAP SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Story Reporting.Develop Power BI dashboards and data models for HR reporting, workforce analytics and leadership insights.Ensure reporting accuracy through data validation, reconciliation, testing and quality checks.Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical HRIS and reporting solutions.Support releases, enhancements and post-go-live activity, including testing and impact assessment.Produce documentation and provide knowledge transfer on SuccessFactors configuration, reporting and troubleshooting.Key ExperienceProven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, ideally across Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding and Time Off.Extensive experience with native SuccessFactors reporting tools, including Report Centre and Story Reporting.Strong Power BI skills covering ..... full job details .....
