Key Responsibilities:This role will support a range of HR technology, people data management and analytics transformation projects during an exciting period of international growth. You will help implement, improve and embed new People systems, ensure people data is structured and secure, and support the development of dashboards, reports and analytics that enable better business decision-making. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working across systems, data, process improvement, stakeholder engagement and user experience.
