This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional with a strong operational HR background who has subsequently developed a specialism in HR systems, people data, management information and reporting. The successful candidate will act as a subject-matter expert for IRIS Cascade, supporting the maintenance, development and effective use of the organisation''s HR systems. You will produce accurate HR reports and Power BI dashboards, interpret workforce data and provide meaningful insights to senior and executive stakeholders.
