This is a hands-on role where you''ll oversee a small team, act as the go-to person for complex system queries, and ensure the HR systems function continues to deliver while the wider transformation project progresses. If you''re confident with iTrent, enjoy solving problems and can work independently, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact. The Role Lead and support a small HR systems and data team, providing guidance on more complex issues. Manage workloads and priorities, ensuring service levels are maintained during busy periods.
