As part of this, we''re hiring an HR Systems Administrator to manage and optimise core people platforms.     This role combines day-to-day system administration with continuous improvement, helping modernise processes, improve data quality, and enable better decision-making across the organisation.     The Role  You''ll take ownership of HR systems including HRIS, learning and recruitment platforms, ensuring they are reliable, secure and user-friendly.     Working closely with HR, IT and BI teams, you''ll support users, improve workflows and contribute to ongoing system enhancements and projects.
