The Liberty Recruitment Group are delighted to be working exclusively with a longstanding client in looking for a Full Time or Part Time HR Systems Administrator based in Southampton. This is a fixed term contract up to 3 months.
The main purpose of this role is to support the HR team during a new system launch.
Some of the key responsibilities include;
- Data input to support the delivery of the new HR System ensuring accuracy.
- Working with the IT and Development teams to check functionality of the new system.
- Responsible for admin maintenance, user access rights and user health checks across the business
You will have excellent IT skills and have experience of HR and Payroll systems. You will have excellent attention to detail and be used to working in a busy environment.
You will be personable, pragmatic, enthusiastic and confident in your approach and abilities.
In return our client is offering a hybrid working arrangement (2 days working from home), a salary of circa £35,000 FTE. This is an FTC of up to 3 months.
