HR Specialist Interim Fixed term to March 2028 to 50k + generous benefits Coleshill, BirminghamOur Coleshill based client has been established for almost 40 years and are recognised market leaders in the design and development, manufacture and distribution of an impressive portfolio of electrical solutions for supply throughout the world, and are looking to recruit an experienced HR Specialist to provide maternity cover on a Fixed term contract until March 2028 and complement their professional Human Resources team. Reporting to the HR and Business Change Manager, the HR Specialist will provide a comprehensive, commercially focused and professional HR service across the UK and Ireland, supporting the delivery of the people strategy through expert employee relations advice, organisational change initiatives, job evaluation activities and HR project delivery. The role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle and act as a trusted advisor to managers, ensuring people-related decisions support both operational effectiveness and organisational growth.
