Responsibilities Handle all aspects of HR operations and administration. Process required documentation for starters, leavers, and internal moves, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Maintain and manage up-to-date employee files, scanning and uploading documents to electronic records. Prepare and validate payroll information ahead of deadlines, ensuring accuracy in all submissions. Upload and manage HR data in Oracle and other internal HR systems, ensuring integrity and timely updates. Track and manage employee records such as sickness, maternity/paternity, and other statutory documentation.
