      <description>Location: Uxbridge | Salary: £300000 - £350000 per annum | Type: Permanent | Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a HR Specialist to join our client, a leading and well-established printing company based in the Uxbridge area. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting a team through excellent HR administration and communication.   Responsibilities    Handle all aspects of HR operations and administration.  Process required documentation for starters, leavers, and internal moves, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.  Maintain and manage up-to-date employee files, scanning and uploading documents to electronic records.  Prepare and validate payroll information ahead of deadlines, ensuring accuracy in all submissions.  Upload and manage HR data in Oracle and other internal HR systems, ensuring integrity and timely updates.  Track and manage employee records such as sickness, maternity/paternity, and other statutory documentation.  Produce HR reports including headcount, absence, and performance to support HR Business Partners and meet audit requirements.
