Manpower has an exciting opportunity for a HR Specialist to join our client, a leading and well-established printing company based in the Uxbridge area. We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting a team through excellent HR administration and communication.
Responsibilities
- Handle all aspects of HR operations and administration.
- Process required documentation for starters, leavers, and internal moves, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Maintain and manage up-to-date employee files, scanning and uploading documents to electronic records.
- Prepare and validate payroll information ahead of deadlines, ensuring accuracy in all submissions.
- Upload and manage HR data in Oracle and other internal HR systems, ensuring integrity and timely updates.
- Track and manage employee records such as sickness, maternity/paternity, and other statutory documentation.
- Produce HR reports including headcount, absence, and performance to support HR Business Partners and meet audit requirements.
- Provide general HR administrative support including preparation of letters, contracts, and other employee documentation.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries relating to contracts, absence, payroll, and HR policies.
- Support HR Business Partners with induction and onboarding activities for new employees.
