Able to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders, to translate organisational needs into appropriate activities and interventions.

Negotiation and influencing skills to build support for ideas and plans to achieve outcomes, effect change and deliver services.

Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information to senior management and other stakeholders.

Problem solving skills to generate appropriate solutions to difficult issues.

Negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to adapt approach to suit different situations and stakeholders

Able to plan, manage and prioritise a complex, busy and varied workload and to deliver to deadlines and priorities

Knowledge/Experience

Experience of delivering change management initiatives.

Professional knowledge of operational issues within the professional area.

Experience of working within a project management framework.

Experience of dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information within an HR environment

Experience of working as an occupational health nurse and delivery of occupational health services in a variety of settings and with a variety of employees

Experience of working in a traded services/commercial environment

Experience of successfully managing high performing contracts

Qualifications

Level 6 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.

Registered Nurse and Registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse with NMC

Trained Mental Health First Aid Trainer

Accredited Mediator
