Healthcare cover, discretionary company annual bonus, working for a thriving and growing company ABOUT THE ROLE:As the HR specialist, you''ll play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the business, ensuring an effective and approachable HR service. Working closely with the leadership team and HR Consultant, you''ll put HR initiatives into practice, help drive people-focused strategies, and contribute to creating a positive and supportive working environment where employees can thrive.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process, including job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, agency liaison, onboarding, and right-to-work compliance.Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring all personnel information is up to date.Support payroll administration, including new starters, salary reviews, pay changes, and temporary worker arrangements.Coordinate employee development activities, including training programmes, appraisals, probation reviews, and apprenticeship schemes.Monitor absence, sickness, annual leave, and family leave records, providing support and guidance where required.Produce HR reports and workforce data to support management decision-making and people strategies.Build and maintain relationships with ..... full job details .....
