Your core responsibilities will include: HR Advisory and Employee Relations: Provide day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and UK employment legislation. Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues. Coach managers to enhance their confidence and capabilities in people management. HR Operations and Lifecycle Support: Support key HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance management, and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and oversee HR administration to ensure compliance with company standards. Collaboration and Business Support: Partner with operational managers to deliver practical, business-focused HR solutions. Build strong relationships with head office and field-based teams while providing support to junior HR team members.
